Phoenix IT Solutions, a privately owned and operated company,
based in the Washington, DC Metro Area, was founded on the
strong belief that given the right direction, anyone can successfully
use the Internet to their advantage. We pride ourselves in
being able to offer personalized service and support to each
and every one of our customers.
Despite the tremendous value received as a client of Phoenix
IT Solutions, there is no desire for our company to be known
as the "cheapest". Instead we wish to be remembered
as offering competitively priced, rock solid, state-of-the
art managed services which are delivered in an ethical,
timely and caring manner.
We firmly believe that a cheap solution has the tendency
to open the door to an array of problems which in the end,
cause undue hardship, aggravation and loss. Phoenix staff
also knows how easy it is to be fed empty promises and misleading
"shortcuts" that are costly to make up, fix or
